The Architectural Technician role:
- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to progress projects from concept through to completion
- Produce precise technical drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation
- Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors across all project stages
- Contribute to the delivery of sustainable, innovative design solutions that balance creativity and technical excellence
The successful Architectural Technician will have:
- Architectural Technology degree, or an HNC/HND
- Experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist with a strong record of delivering complex schemes
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong construction and technical knowledge, with exceptional attention to detail
- Effective communicator with excellent coordination and teamwork skills
- Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently when needed
