Business Analyst

Are you a finance professional with a passion for supporting innovation? Join our client’s team as a Business Analyst and play a key role in achieving financial excellence.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Build strong working relationships with Group Leaders and budget holders.
  • Provide monthly financial reviews and forecasting support.
  • Prepare detailed monthly management accounts and statutory accounts.
  • Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and 5-year business plans.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Part-qualified accountant (essential); fully qualified (desirable).
  • Experience in preparing management accounts, budgets, and business plans.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and statutory accounts.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and present a positive image of the Partnership.
