Senior Business AnalystUp to £60k DOE + Benefits

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join one of the most recognised brands in the renovations industry, based in Norwich. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills, experience in strategic planning, and a proven ability to drive business improvement through insightful analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, working closely with stakeholders at all levels
  • Develop detailed business cases, including cost, benefit, and risk analysis, to support strategic decision-making
  • Conduct feasibility studies and present findings to senior management, outlining implementation time scales and resource requirements
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Lead workshops, meetings, and user interviews to gather insights and validate requirements
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout project lifecycles
  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation, reports, and user guides
  • Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
  • Ensure successful project delivery by collaborating closely with project managers and technical teams
  • Monitor project outcomes against initial objectives, providing feedback and recommendations for future improvements

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Demonstrable experience in leading complex business analysis projects
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to develop clear, concise reports and documentation

Working Hours:

9 AM - 5:30 PM with an hour for lunch and flexible start time
