We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join one of the most recognised brands in the renovations industry, based in Norwich. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills, experience in strategic planning, and a proven ability to drive business improvement through insightful analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, working closely with stakeholders at all levels
- Develop detailed business cases, including cost, benefit, and risk analysis, to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct feasibility studies and present findings to senior management, outlining implementation time scales and resource requirements
- Identify opportunities for business improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead workshops, meetings, and user interviews to gather insights and validate requirements
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout project lifecycles
- Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation, reports, and user guides
- Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Ensure successful project delivery by collaborating closely with project managers and technical teams
- Monitor project outcomes against initial objectives, providing feedback and recommendations for future improvements
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Demonstrable experience in leading complex business analysis projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to develop clear, concise reports and documentation
- Experience with business process mapping and improvement strategies
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring junior team members
Working Hours:
9 AM - 5:30 PM with an hour for lunch and flexible start time
