Atkinson Moss Leadership recruitment have been engaged by a SME within the Norfolk area who are seeking to appoint an Interim to work on a Turnaround Project. This assignment is expected to last longer than 6 months.
Pay rate: PSC £900 per day (£645 if PAYE)
Please note: This assignment is based in Norfolk and will require regular site time so a local candidate is preferred, as additional expenditure would come out of the day rate listed above and cannot be invoiced separately.

- Turnaround experience
- Previous experience (Minimum 10 years of leadership experience) within senior finance, or an MD, CEO, Operations Director, COO in a B2B and B2C services business
- Experience of managing the design and delivery of scalable production systems along with key performance indicators
- Experience of managing effective parts procurement and utilisation
- Experience of contracting with large corporates and then the contract management thereof
- Good understanding of finance with experience of P&L and cash flow ownership
- Experience of designing, building and managing high performing teams
- Some knowledge of working within a regulated environment - not a deal breaker at all, very much more about your turnaround experience.
