Our client is seeking a temporary Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

  • £26,000 per annum / £13.33 per hour
  • Temporary ongoing
  • Based in East Norwich
  • 100% office based

The Customer Service Coordinators is responsible for the day-to-day management of the aftersales service provided to our customers and clients.  The CSCs manage all customers’ issues and allocate required resources including Customer Service Operatives and contractors to undertake remedial work.

Our CSCs:

  • Allocate work to the Customer Service Operatives, site teams and / or contractors to ensure prompt and efficient resolution to customer issues.
  • Receive and record communication (telephone calls and emails) from our customers on our bespoke CRM system.
  • Ensure aftersales issues are addressed within specified timescales and that customers are kept updated throughout the process
  • Coordinating Engineers and Sub Contractors
  • Arrange the completion of issues identified during end of defect liability period inspections

You should be a confident, enthusiastic, personable individual, able to work well with others, be thorough and pay attention to detail; remain patient and have an ability to remain calm in stressful situations.  Be able to communicate courteously with customers by telephone and written instruction at all levels and have excellent organisational skills is essential.
