Hays Marketing is working in partnership with a commercial organisation based in Norfolk who are looking to appoint a Brand & Marketing Manager to join their team.They are looking for a marketing professional to shape their brand and lead impactful marketing campaigns, brand strategy, deliver creative campaigns and boost their PR presence.What you'll do:
- Brand Strategy & Identity
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and internal communications
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and impact
- PR Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Drive PR strategy and media coverage
- Lead and inspire a small marketing team
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years in marketing (brand/PR focus)
- Team leadership experience
- Strong copywriting and project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Experience working across digital, print, and social media channels
- Ability to interpret data and insights to inform brand strategy
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
