Agent - Major Infrastructure Project - Norwich
Civils / Highways / Structures

We are working with a Tier 1 major contractor recognised for delivering major UK infrastructure improvements including HS2, A14 and major railway upgrades. The business is committed to innovation, sustainability and collaborative delivery - helping shape a safer, greener future for construction.

They are now seeking an Agent to join a major highways improvement scheme in Norwich.



Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise and mentor site engineers and operational teams

  • Set development goals with direct reports and support their progression

  • Drive coordination between site teams, designers and client representatives

  • Work with supply chain partners to enable right-first-time construction

  • Raise and resolve construction issues quickly to keep delivery on track

  • Support temporary works processes and engineering compliance



Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
    (HND with strong experience also considered)

  • Solid understanding of engineering principles & construction methodologies

  • Knowledge of temporary works processes and management

  • Understanding of NEC4 contracts and commercial considerations

  • Strong communicator able to coordinate diverse stakeholders
