Your duties will include:
- Supervising Breakfast shifts to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage service areas.
- Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
- Assisting with managing the team, including training and developing staff.
- Clear and re-set tables.
- Ensure that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift.
- Maintaining a clean and organised service area.
