Are you an experienced Implementation Consultant? We're working with a leading tech business that's looking to expand its team with a driven, client-focused professional who can deliver end-to-end software onboarding and consultancy for new and existing clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation at the forefront of financial software solutions. You'll play a key role in helping clients transition to a new CRM and workflow system, ensuring seamless delivery, data migration, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead software implementation projects for new and existing clients

  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather and document client requirements

  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables from kick-off to go-live

  • Coordinate data migrations and third-party integrations

  • Deliver consultative training and support to end users

  • Identify and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a smooth implementation process

  • Support process automation and system configuration with internal technical teams

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout

About You:

  • Experience in project delivery or software implementation

  • Financial services background (advice, compliance, or operations) preferred

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong understanding of data handling and migrations

  • Confident leading meetings and workshops with clients

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 (Power Platform knowledge is a bonus)
