The highly reputable organisationis looking for a Regional Sales Managerto lead and motivate an established New Homes Sales team - striving to achieve regional targets whilst ensuring upmost customer satisfaction levels.

Management experience is key in this role with the successful candidate showcasing proven expertise in leading a successful team of sales professionals, improving competencies and performance both individually and as a wider regional team. Likewise, New Homes sales experience is also essential.

BenefitsSalary - £45,000 to £50,000 (OTE £55,000 to £60,000) plus a company car or car allowance.

Private Medical Insurance and Pension Scheme is also provided, alongside 26 days annual leave + bank holidays with option to purchaseadditional 5 days each year.

The day to day

  • Developing sales strategies, working alongside other internal management to produce an effective commercial plan.

  • Senior responsibility for all sales progression, including themonitoring of sales forecasting and managing reservations through to completion.

  • Liaising and meeting with third parties including legal, show home contractors and referral agents.

  • Continually reviewing sales figures from reservation, exchanging to completion.

  • Overseeing the presentation of properties including show homes as well as involvement in market incentives and marketing portals

  • General people management of Sales Executives - including rotas and annual leave requests, performance reviews/coaching, recruitment, inductions, discipline & grievances and absent management.

  • Maintaining strong local knowledge of market conditions.

  • Awareness of costings and controlling of sales budgets.

You will have/be

  • Sales management experience is absolutely vital, with a strong track record in leading Sales professionals within a target-driven environment.

  • Experience in the New Home Sales sector is also essential.

  • Effective motivation and coaching skills

  • Knowledge of the sales and conveyancing process within the industry.

  • Effective organisational skills and ability to work in a pacey commercial environment.
