The roleÂ
- Dealing with sales enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Updating clients on the progress of their ordersÂ
- Chasing up orders with suppliers
- Liaising with the internal sales team
- Conducting administration tasks related to the role
About you
- Administration experience
- A keen eye for detail
- Confident telephone manner
- Experience in order processing would be an advantage
- Excellent customer service skillsÂ
