Working days:

As a Sales Progressor, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday

Our client is offering the successful Sales Progressor:

  • Circa basic salary of £25,000
  • Realistic OTE of £32,000
  • Ongoing training & support
  • Free Parking

As a Sales Progressor, your role will involve:

  • Liaising with the buyer, seller, and other parties in the chain.
  • Completion of property information
  • Chasing enquires raised
  • Dealing with additional actions your buyers will need to take
  • Chasing Exchange of contracts
  • Progressing sales from offer agreed to completion
  • Guide clients throughout the process of the sale
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Chase paperwork

To be considered for the role of a Sales Progressor, you must have:

  • Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to progress Property sales through to completion
  • Experience in Sales Progression / Conveyancing
