Executive Assistant - FMCG - 4 month contract Salary 50,000 - 60,000

Based in Chiswick, West London

Hybrid Role - Will need to be flexiable

A leading global FMCG company based in Chiswick, West London, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a fast-paced, varied role requiring a confident and experienced EA who can manage complex diaries, coordinate travel, prepare key documentation, and ensure seamless communication across senior stakeholders. You'll provide high-level administrative support, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. An initial 4-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Duties Include:

  • Organise and manage complex calendars, ensuring optimal time allocation for meetings and commitments.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements while considering budget and preferences to enhance travel experiences.
  • Prepare and organise documentation that communicates important information effectively.
  • Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to align on project objectives and responsibilities.
  • Manage stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth collaboration and information sharing.
  • Proactively address challenges that may arise to maintain project momentum.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including organising meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and tasks with ease to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a results-oriented focus to achieve organisational goals efficiently.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a C-level executive assistant for a global company
  • Experience of working for a FMCG company would be desirable, open to other industries
  • Microsoft Office experience including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
