About the Role:

  • Position: Grounds Maintenance Assistant
  • Location: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital - Colney, South Norfolk
  • Contract Type: Temporary (3 months)
  • Start Date: ASAP - May 2025
  • Working Pattern: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm (Required to work every 3rd weekend)
  • Hourly Rate: £12.21

What You'll Do:As a Grounds Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a vital role in keeping our hospital gardens, and public spaces looking their best. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Mowing and maintaining lawns
  • Pruning plants and shrubs
  • Weeding flower beds and pathways
  • Assisting with planting and landscaping projects
  • Ensuring all equipment is maintained and used safely
