Hours: 36 hours per week

Salary:

  • Norwich: £27,249 to £29,786 per annum

Contract: Temporary 12-week role with a view to extend

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Administrator to cover maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to administer learning events and training records. Experience with Workday Learning is preferred but not essential. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to write clear and concise emails, manage multiple priorities, and use initiative effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer learning events and training records using an LMS.
  • Respond to general queries via email with clear and concise communication.
  • Plan and coordinate events, including invoicing and handling general queries.
  • Utilise strong administrative skills to manage various tasks and priorities.
  • Participate in occasional Teams meetings in Norwich or London.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to write clear, concise emails.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • HR background is ideal.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
