What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling general insurance claims with professionalism and empathy
Delivering outstanding customer service across various channels
Using internal systems to manage claims efficiently
Working collaboratively with a close-knit team

What We’re Looking For:

Essential: Strong customer service background and confidence using IT systems
Desirable: Previous experience in insurance (but full training will be provided!)
A proactive, friendly attitude and excellent communication skills
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday (with a day off during the week)
Saturday: 9am – 5pm
Weekdays: 9am – 5pm or 11am – 7pm
Flexible hours available for the right candidate
