Our client, a well-established insurance provider based in Aylsham, is looking for a Claims Handler to join their growing team!
What You’ll Be Doing:- Handling general insurance claims with professionalism and empathy
- Delivering outstanding customer service across various channels
- Using internal systems to manage claims efficiently
- Working collaboratively with a close-knit team
- Essential: Strong customer service background and confidence using IT systems
- Desirable: Previous experience in insurance (but full training will be provided!)
- A proactive, friendly attitude and excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Monday to Saturday (with a day off during the week)
- Saturday: 9am – 5pm
- Weekdays: 9am – 5pm or 11am – 7pm
- Flexible hours available for the right candidate
