OR a recent graduate looking for a role in customer service? Our client, a well-established insurance provider based in Aylsham, is looking for a Claims Handler to join their growing team!

 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Handling general insurance claims with professionalism and empathy
  • Delivering outstanding customer service across various channels
  • Using internal systems to manage claims efficiently
  • Working collaboratively with a close-knit team
 What We’re Looking For:
  • Essential: Strong customer service background and confidence using IT systems
  • Desirable: Previous experience in insurance (but full training will be provided!)
  • A proactive, friendly attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
 Working Hours:
  • Monday to Saturday (with a day off during the week)
  • Saturday: 9am – 5pm
  • Weekdays: 9am – 5pm or 11am – 7pm
  • Flexible hours available for the right candidate
