Location: Cantley
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum, ProRata
Hours: Part Time - 3 days per week

About the Role
We are working with a national brand who are seeking a highly organised Part-Time Inventory Controller to manage and optimise stock accuracy within their Cantley operation.

This role requires someone confident with Warehouse Management Systems, strong IT capability, and the ability to interpret and present analytical data to support operational decision-making.

You will play a key role in ensuring inventory integrity, improving stock processes, and supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock levels through regular checks, investigations, and cycle counts.
  • Use the Warehouse Management System to manage inventory movements, adjustments, and reporting.
  • Analyse inventory data, identify discrepancies, and highlight trends or issues.
  • Assist in developing and improving stock control processes.
  • Generate clear reports to support management decisions.
  • Liaise with warehouse teams, suppliers, and other internal departments to resolve stock-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or similar warehouse-based role.
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS platforms
  • Confident IT user with strong Excel/data interpretation skills.
  • Comfortable analysing and explaining numerical or operational data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently while supporting a wider team.
