Regional Quality Manager

Salary up to 60,000 plus bonus scheme

Bright Selection is excited to support a long term client looking to strengthen their management team with a newly created Regional Compliance and Quality Manager role covering a small portfolio of homes in Norfolk and North Suffolk.
The group are an established and well regarded care provider with good and outstanding rated homes. They are entering a period of growth and this is a great time to be joining them in a senior role.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out quality audits and compliance visits to group homes
- Supporting home managers in implementing projects and action plans
- Attending senior leadership meetings
- Building and maintaining positive relationships across the business at all levels and with external agencies and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Multi-site leadership experience gained in a quality or operational support role within an elderly care group
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced level of knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and regulations
Remuneration:
- Salary c60,000 depending on experience
- Bonus scheme
