Paragon Resource Solutions are currently working with a reputable National Housing Contractor who are recruiting for a Site Manager with a background in social housing maintenance for a permanent role based in Norwich to run a domestic planned maintenance contract covering the Norfolk, primarily Norwich area.
Monday - Friday - 8am-5pm
Salary in the region of 55,000 -57,000 per annum depending on experience (with package)
The suitable candidate will ideally have worked on the contractor side with relevant experience in the social housing sector working on internal refurbishment within occupied domestic properties.
Duties and responsibilities include -
Reporting to a Contracts Manager and working alongside an RLO the role involves managing and overseeing direct labour and subcontractors on a local housing contract covering the Norwich and Norfolk area ensuring they are working to deadlines and adhering to all health and safety procedures.
Based from an office in Norwich (not City Centre)
