We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide professional support within a busy office environment in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available to start immediately and able to commit to a three-month temporary assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior management
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Handling correspondence, drafting documents, and preparing reports
- Organising travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Supporting with general office administration as required
- Previous experience as a PA or Senior Administrator
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Location: Norwich
- Duration: Ongoing temporary assignment (around 3 months)
