We are seeking a General Office Administrator to support our team. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in a thriving local business. The position is to replace a leaver and could become permanent for the right candidate.
Day-to-day of the role:- Perform general office administration tasks to support daily operations.
- Answer phone calls and handle general customer inquiries professionally.
- Manage holiday requests from staff efficiently.
- Enter staff timesheets into the system accurately for payroll processing.
- Communicate with clients wishing to book services, providing excellent service and information.
- Handle sales administration tasks to support the business development team.
- Proficiency in using PCs and various databases.
- Experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle phone-based customer service.
- Capable of data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
