Join our clients well-established estate agency in Norwich as we embark on an exciting phase of growth. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Estate Agency Office Manager with a strong focus on sales to help expand our residential sales division. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with the Business Director to strategically grow the sales operations.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the estate agency office.
  • Lead and expand the sales division, including developing processes, prospecting clients, and handling valuations and viewings.
  • Collaborate with lettings staff to create a productive team environment.
  • Drive business development and generate new instructions for both sales and lettings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and professionalism across all touchpoints.
  • Manage staff performance and recruitment as needed.
  • Report directly to the Business Director with regular updates and growth plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven background in property sales, with local estate agency experience essential.
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to build and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational and management skills.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and commercially savvy.
  • Comfortable using property software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the Norwich property market would be an advantage.
