An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Information Manager or Web Content Manager to join my clients team on a full time basis in their Norwich, Norfolk offices.

This is a newly created role whereby the job holder will be working closely with the Managing Director on new product development projects.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

• Creation and maintenance of accurate pack build spreadsheets for individual components making up full product packs consisting of multiple components.
• Use of pack build spreadsheets to ensure costs, supplier and selling information is correct on TruBlue operating system.
• Use of pack build spreadsheets to create new products and maintain / update existing products on company websites.
• Creation and layout design of new product pages allowing customers to configure products in a simple and easy to follow way.
• Maintaining downloadable resources from websites including CAD drawings, product spec sheets and line drawings.
• Updating selling and cost prices on company websites, pack spreadsheets and operating system as supplier prices changes.
• Creation and maintenance of a structured catalogue of pack build spreadsheets to allow pack contents to be checked and updated transparently as required.
• Working with Managing Director on new product development projects.
• Maintenance and structuring of company photographic assets and technical information.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proficient in spreadsheet management
• Proficient in data analysis.
• Experience with website product management and layout design.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in maintaining data accuracy.
