Are you a commercially minded finance professional ready to drive strategic change? We a national multi branded company looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Marketing division and play a pivotal role in shaping business decisions through financial insight and performance analysis.

As a key member of the finance team, you'll work closely with senior marketing stakeholders to deliver financial planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting, while using data-driven insights to support change management and strategic initiatives. This is more than just a reporting role — it's about influencing outcomes and adding real value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to provide strategic financial insight and support decision-making.
  • Lead the monthly financial reporting cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Deliver clear, actionable KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Use financial and operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and transformation.
  • Support change management initiatives with robust financial modelling and scenario planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, FP&A, or commercial finance role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insight.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with or supporting Marketing or Commercial teams is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Oracle).
