As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle:

• Building and nurturing client relationships

• Taking job briefs and negotiating terms

• Headhunting and sourcing top talent

• Conducting compliance checks (RTW, references)

• Supporting onboarding and candidate experience
