We are recruiting for a Software Test Lead on behalf of a newly established gaming company in Norwich.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with a proven history of software testing, compliance and automation to advance their career with an exciting new company.

In this role you will define and create a testing strategy that ensures high performance and user experience. You will implement automation frameworks and look to build a team of testers as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Management of a team of software testers (manual and automation)
  • Define and create a comprehensive testing strategy across the business
  • Ensure all internal systems comply with quality standards
  • Define clear objectives for QA team members
  • Oversee planning and release of all updates
  • Liaise with stakeholders on all matters of test results, risks and testing coverage
