QA Manual Tester

Norwich

Salary: £40-45k

Currently looking for an QA Tester with experience that combines both business analysis and quality assurance responsibilities to ensure efficient, high-quality software development. You will also act as a bridge between management, stakeholders, and the development team - streamlining requirements gathering, defining clear processes, and rigorously testing new features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process documentation
  • Working with developers to understand technical restraints
  • Manual testing on new features and fixes

About You

We're looking for someone who can offer stream lining requirements gathering and defining clear processes and testing new features.

  • Proven experience in a BA or QA Tester role (both would be good!)
  • Agile and Jira ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with test code design and defect tracking
  • Process improvement initiatives (desirable)
  • Confident liaising wit non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
