Housed within a 16th-century English manor, this 126-bedroom hotel features an innovative on-site Golf Course, Health Club & Spa, as well as 2 Restaurants and Bar. Your duties will include:
- Taking responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.
- Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
- Managing the team with training and development in line with business requirements.
- Ensure all control procedures are implemented effectively.
- Preparing rotas in line with business requirements.
