We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at The Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club. Housed within a 16th-century English manor, this 126-bedroom hotel features an innovative on-site Golf Course, Health Club & Spa, as well as 2 Restaurants and Bar. The Sprowston Manor Hotel and Country Club boasts excellent location with access to convenient public transport links and just a short drive to Norwich city centre and Norwich airport.

  • Taking responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.
  • Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
  • Managing the team with training and development in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure all control procedures are implemented effectively.
  • Preparing rotas in line with business requirements.
