Multi Skilled Operative - Planned (Plumber)
Location: Based in Norwich, covering properties across Norfolk and North Suffolk
Pay Rate: 22-23 per hour (umbrella rate)
Contract Type: Temporary
Are you a skilled plumber with a passion for delivering high-quality work in social housing? Join a dynamic Operations team where your expertise will help improve lives through planned bathroom installations and aids & adaptations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned works including bathroom installations and adaptations
- Support responsive repairs and maintenance in both void and occupied properties
- Work across multiple trades including carpentry, tiling, plastering, and decorating
- Ensure timely completion of work to high standards and customer satisfaction
- Participate in out-of-hours emergency work on a rota basis
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plumbing and general building/construction
- Strong understanding of property maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
- Willingness to travel across Norfolk and North Suffolk
- DBS check required prior to employment
