The People Team Administrator Opportunity (6-Month FTC)

Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility to become permanent

The People Team is always looking for ways to better support our on-site teams. As part of that mission, we’re introducing a brand new administrative function to help streamline processes across the wider business.This is a fantastic opportunity to join something from the ground up, shape how it operates, and grow your own skillset in the process.

What you’ll do as a People Team Administrator

You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative People Team, helping with a range of key administrative tasks that ensure our wider business runs smoothly.Here’s what you can expect to be doing:

  • Supporting sites with leaver requests in a fast-paced environment

  • Providing timely, appropriate communication to employees and managers

  • Ensuring accuracy of data across our systems and business-wide communications

  • Managing queries and escalating where needed

  • Using our HR systems to input and manage information

  • Spotting errors or anomalies in processes and helping to fix them

What you’ll need to be successful

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Some previous experience in an administrative capacity - either personally or professionally

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • The ability to work at pace and adapt to change

  • Clear, confident communication skills

  • Strong IT skills across standard systems and platforms

  • Organisation, self-discipline, and a positive, can-do attitude
