Think Recruitment are seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to play a key role in leading our clients structural engineering team, shaping the strategic direction of their design services and ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions across various projects and sectors.

Our client are going from strength to strength with a solid pipeline of future work confirmed, so are looking for someone to join their business with the ability to;

  • Lead the structural design and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other consultants to ensure project goals are met.
  • Prepare and review calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
  • Support the Directors with business development and proposal preparation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in design standards and internal processes.
