Think Recruitment are currently working with a busy, multi-disciplinary consultancy in Nottingham who are looking to recruit a Structural Technician.
Ideally coming from a consultancy background, our client work across a variety of sectors from multi-storey structures to small housing schemes up to 30m in value with many projects undertaken to BIM level 2, so on a day to day basis the successful candidate will be involved in the design and detailing of structures using the common construction materials of steel, timber, masonry and reinforced concrete using AutoCAD and Revit (training available).
To be considered for this role you will possess strong analytical skills and be ideally be qualified to HNC/OND level in a related discipline or higher. Our client also place a lot of emphasis of the character of the people that work for their business, so a strong team work ethic and the ability to be self-motivated to work individually is also required.
