Youll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to expand the market presence, grow high-performing teams, and drive commercial performance. Responsibilities:
- Hire ,lead and grow recruitment teams in one or more of the core verticals
- Deliver strong billing performance while supporting consultants to achieve targets
- Collaborate with the CEO on commercial strategy, expansion, and operational scale
- Drive new business growth and deepen key client relationships
- Develop internal talent and build succession within your team
- Contribute to shaping a scalable, high-performance culture
Experience:
- Essential:Experienced managing and leading a team of recruiters
- Proven recruitment background with strong billing history
- Ideally some sector expertise in Construction, Technical, FMCG, Tech, or Corporate recruitment
- Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial approach
- Strong leadership, coaching, and development capabilities
- Strategic mindset with ambition to progress to Director/MD level
