As a Customer Service Administrator, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, ensuring a timely and professional experience. You will provide essential information about our products and services, assist with order placements, and effectively resolve any customer complaints. Your attention to detail will shine through as you maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. You’ll collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and continuously learn about new offerings to ensure you are well-informed.

Hours of Work: Part time, 16-20 hours per week, Permanent, Monday to Friday, over 4-5 days, can be flexible to suit the correct candidate,

Salary: £12.30 PH + £1 per hour attendance bonus,

Customer Service Administrator Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Computer literacy and experience with databases
  • A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, and meet deadlines,

Key Responsibilities;

  • Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment,
  • Assisting with order changes and cancellations etc,
  • Answering phone calls & emails & resolving customer queries in a timely manner,
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues etc,
