We are currently recruiting for a number of Contact Centre Administrators for RM.

RM is a leading supplier of technology and resources to the education sector, supporting schools, teachers, and pupils across the globe - from pre-school to higher education - including examination boards, central governments and other professional institutions.

What the role will be doing?

These roles will be based within the Customer Services Department, working with our customers to obtain correct data for sharing of order acknowledgements, invoices, statements etc. This may include making outbound calls to customers to obtain correct information, and you will then be responsible for the updating of data within the customers account. Mainly the orders will come through via emails and letters and you will be responsible for entering order details, placing orders and dealing with customer service related queries. The customer service department currently comprises of three divisions, the contact centre, which handles all inbound contact with our customers, the order input team who process customer orders and the Order Management division which manages the order management.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience within a Customer Service Department or an admin role.

  • Start date: 23/06/2025
  • Duration: End of September 2025
  • Hourly rate: £12.60 per hour
  • Location: Hucknall, Nottingham NG15 6XJ
  • Working pattern: Hybrid 2/3 (Tue & Wed in the office and rest WFH) on-boarding and training will be in the office.
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm
