What you'll do:

As a Private Client Associate, your role will be diverse and challenging. You will be responsible for setting up and administering Trusts, including those for vulnerable beneficiaries. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting the wider team with tax compliance tasks such as registering trusts, estates, and properties with TRS. You will also prepare income tax returns for individuals, trustees, and personal representatives, as well as capital gains tax returns. Furthermore, you will prepare IHT returns for Trusts. Working under the guidance of experienced Trusts lawyers and Chartered Tax Advisors, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and make a significant impact.

  • Setting up and administration of Trusts, including trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries
  • Assisting the wider team with tax compliance including registering trusts, estates and properties with TRS
  • Preparing income tax returns for individuals, trustees, and personal representatives
  • Preparing capital gains tax returns
  • Preparing IHT returns for Trusts
  • Working under the guidance of experienced Trusts lawyers and Chartered Tax Advisors
