FEHubs Coordinator
The post-holder will be responsible for providing broad administrative support across the Further Education hubs in Nottingham.
Actingas the the DDSL, the post requires management of support staff time sheets, the production of high-quality documents and reports for both internal and external bodies.
Leading on the coordination of exams and qualifications and RARPA whilst also providing administration support to quality assurance activities.
The successful applicant will have a strong administrative background, ideally from within an educational environment. Candidates should have the capacity to support financial processes, resources and procurement activities to ensure compliance of the organisations procedures.
Experience of maintaining recordsis essential withthe ability to update Education Health and Care plans and staff training records. Previous knowledge of recording learner records and SEND regulations is also a key part of the job.

Essential qualities include strong organisational and administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft IT packages with experience of financial processes combined with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Previous knowledge of adhering tosafeguarding principles is also required as is knowledge of wider safeguarding needs and SEND related administration.

Monday to Friday / 37.50 hours per week.
