You’ll be joining a c£30m turnover business that’s home to multiple revenue streams—think live events, retail, food & drink, and year-round community engagement. It’s a venue that hosts thousands of people each week, and they’re now looking for a commercially sharp, people-focused Finance Director to help guide the next stage of their journey. 

The Package

  • £90,000 to £100,000 basic salary
  • 25 days holiday (rising to 30 with service)

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. From driving strategy and overseeing the budgeting process to modernising systems and managing external relationships, your work will shape both the numbers and the wider impact the business delivers.It’s a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts, so you’ll need to bring clarity, structure, and a calm head. But it’s also somewhere full of energy, creativity, and community focus—perfect for someone who wants to make a tangible difference beyond the bottom line.

Key Bits You’ll Own

  • Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
  • Creating and delivering the financial strategy
  • Business planning, budgeting, and KPI reporting
  • Managing external relationships (including local authority and sector partners)
  • Ensuring strong governance, controls, and compliance
  • Supporting digital transformation and capital projects
  • Working closely with the CEO and board to support long-term sustainability

What You’ll Bring

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
  • Experience in a commercially-focused, multifaceted organisation
