As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
- Basic salary up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped OTE – realistic earnings up to £32,000

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will be:
- Greeting and registering buyers and vendors
- Matching clients to properties and arranging viewings
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
- Generating valuation leads and supporting instructions
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you must have:
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in a Sales Negotiator role
- A strong work ethic and ambition to succeed
- Confident, personable, and customer-focused
- A collaborative team player with individual initiative
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Good local knowledge of the Nottingham / West Bridgford area is desirable
