Business Development / Telesales role, working with a successful and expanding family-owned business with an excellent reputation in their field. You will engage with zero and low-spending accounts by selling /cross-selling a wide range of products.

£28k basic salary, realistic OTE expected to be £4-5k per annum in your first year.

Monday-Friday 8.30-5.00pm. Remote working, with quarterly team meetings in Nottingham

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Engage with zero spend and dormant accounts through cold calling, identifying customer needs, and promoting the company's core product lines to maximise future opportunities.
  • Gather information on competitors, market trends, and insights.
  • Achieve specified targets in call time, sales, gross profit, gross margin percentages, and onboarding new customers.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with newly acquired and existing independent pharmacies to facilitate upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years’ experience of B2B Telesales and Business Development
  • High-volume Telesales experience is essential
  • Self-motivated team player and keen to develop and succeed
  • CRM experience is essential
