Location: Nottingham
Pay: 100 - 110 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (term-time only)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-term to permanent
About the Roles
Long Term Futures are recruiting Teaching Assistants to join several supportive and inclusive secondary schools across Nottingham. All positions are based within one school, on a long term to permanent basis.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students who need extra help with learning, behaviour, confidence and engagement in lessons. These roles offer consistent hours, long-term stability and real opportunities to secure permanent posts.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing 1:1 SEN and general small group support
- Supporting pupils with behaviour, confidence and engagement in class
- Helping students follow routines and manage transitions
- Assisting teachers with classroom tasks and lesson delivery
- Encouraging positive behaviour and a calm learning environment
- Working closely with staff, pastoral teams and SEN departments
Who We're Looking For
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant is essential
- Calm, patient and confident when supporting pupils who may find learning challenging
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, positive and committed to helping students succeed
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
