Your time will be, ensuring he receives tailored help in his learning, communication, and emotional development.
We are a mainstream Primary school In Nottingham. The hours for this role are 08:15-15.30 Monday to Friday.Â
Fixed term until Easter, with potential for extension and permanent employment for a suitable candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils in 1:1 or small group settings, tailoring learning approaches to individual needs.

Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.

Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development.

Support classroom learning activities and adapt resources as needed.

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all pupils.
Requirements:

Experience supporting pupils with SEND, preferably in a school or educational setting.

Understanding of behaviour management strategies and individualized support.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.

Patience, empathy, and a positive, restorative approach.
