As a HR Advisor, you will report directly into the HR Manager and be responsible for retention, attraction, recruitment, benefits and performance and capability ER casework. The organisation has recently undergone a transformational change and are in an exciting period of growth and development. As a HR Advisor, your role will include:
- Coaching and supporting managers to be confident in HR practice by offering effective HR advice
- Managing a Performance and Capability employee caseload
- Supporting managers with the development of improvement plans, and participating in formal hearings and appeals as required
- Managing a long-term sickness caseload and supporting managers in welfare meetings, Occupational Health Referrals and phased returns
- Overseeing the recruitment policy and processes, sitting on interview panels and supporting the HR Team in the co-ordination of recruitment activity
- Overseeing and administering the organisations Staff Benefits Package
- Assisting the HR Manager during transformation projects
The right person for this HR Advisor role will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards this.
