Elevation Recruitment Group HR are excited to be working on a brand new role with a non for profit organisation in Nottingham who are seeking a HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a HR Advisor, you will report directly into the HR Manager and be responsible for retention, attraction, recruitment, benefits and performance and capability ER casework. The organisation has recently undergone a transformational change and are in an exciting period of growth and development. As a HR Advisor, your role will include:

  • Coaching and supporting managers to be confident in HR practice by offering effective HR advice
  • Managing a Performance and Capability employee caseload
  • Supporting managers with the development of improvement plans, and participating in formal hearings and appeals as required
  • Managing a long-term sickness caseload and supporting managers in welfare meetings, Occupational Health Referrals and phased returns
  • Overseeing the recruitment policy and processes, sitting on interview panels and supporting the HR Team in the co-ordination of recruitment activity
  • Overseeing and administering the organisations Staff Benefits Package
  • Assisting the HR Manager during transformation projects

The right person for this HR Advisor role will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards this.
