HR Administrator/Assistant

Hybrid | Full-Time | Permanent | £27-30k

Are you an experienced Administrator looking to take the next step into HR? Do you have a proactive mindset, great attention to detail, and a passion for supporting people? If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re working on an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to support a busy HR Manager , assisting them with the administration workload with duties listed below: 

Key support needed:
  • Attending meetings and accurately taking minutes

  • Drafting HR-related correspondence (e.g. offer letters and contracts)

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings across teams

  • Managing HR inboxes and handling internal queries

  • Maintaining accurate employee records

  • Communicating with departments and management across the business

  • Supporting GDPR and data protection compliance across all HR tasks

What we’re looking for:
  • Proven admin experience with transferrable skills to HR

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A can-do attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Confident communication skills across all levels of the business

  • A good understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
