Are you passionate about tech and love helping people solve problems? We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our buzzing Support Office team in Nottingham. In this hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things end-user support making sure our colleagues have the tools they need to do their best work.

From fixing hardware glitches to supporting remote diagnostics and rollouts across our bingo clubs and regional offices, you’ll play a key role in keeping Buzz Bingo’s tech running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
  • Providing desktop and end-user support, including software installs, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Managing hardware inventory and asset tracking.
  • Supporting meeting room tech AV setups, conferencing tools, and more.
  • Handling new starter setups and onboarding IT support.
  • Logging and resolving incidents via our ITSM platform.
  • Performing regular health checks and maintenance on office IT equipment.
  • Collaborating with the wider IT team to resolve complex issues and improve support processes.

What you’ll aim to achieve:

  • Deliver exceptional technical support with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Maintain a stable and reliable IT environment at head office and beyond.
  • Reduce downtime and improve user satisfaction across the business.
  • Keep our hardware estate up to date and aligned with company standards.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new starters.
  • Be a trusted point of contact for all things IT.

What you’ll bring:

  • Solid experience in desktop and end-user support, ideally in a multi-site or enterprise environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
  • Proven experience supporting hardware, desktops, laptops, printers, AV equipment.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and lifecycle tracking.
  • Experience using ITSM platforms and remote support tools.
  • Understanding of Active Directory and basic networking fundamentals.
  • Bonus: experience with hardware rollouts and upgrades across multiple sites.

Other things to know:

  • Occasional travel to other Buzz Bingo sites may be required.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours during planned maintenance or urgent support needs.
  • Ability to safely lift and move IT equipment.
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable.
  • Commitment to data protection and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to stay up to date with evolving tech and best practices.
