An excellent opportunity for an Engineering Team Leader has arisen at a nationally recoginised business.
Commutable from Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.
As a Engineering Team Leader you will be:
- Managing, motivating, mentoring the engineering team.
- Ensuring KPIs and budget targets are met.
- Managing on site contractors.
- Ensuring safe operation of equipment through preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Provide support with a range of electrical and mechanical components such as, conveyors, motors, pumps, PLCs etc.
Role Requirements:
- Recognised mechanical / electrical qualifications. Electrically Biased.
- Understanding of controls and network systems.
- Experience of supervising and motivating a team.
- FMCG experience.
- Good communication and IT skills. (Word, Excel, etc)
