Robertson recruitment are looking for a quality control assistant to support the Operations Manager with all warehouse operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. This will be a hands on role where you will be not only working on quality control but warehouse tasks too.

Working hours:

08:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday

Duties

  • Inspect goods from suppliers and customer returns for compliance with specifications.
  • Document inspection findings and liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to customer requirements.
  • Prevent stock mix-ups and ensure bin labelling and positioning are correct.
  • Operate forklift trucks safely (where trained) and perform basic maintenance and cleanliness checks on company vehicles.
  • Participate in quality system development and internal audits.
