Are you looking for a part-time finance role in a professional, friendly environment right in the heart of Nottingham?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected law firm as a Legal Finance & Admin Assistant, handling the day-to-day accounts function and providing vital administrative support.

The role:
  • Managing daily accounts operations, including bank reconciliations

  • Processing client and supplier payments

  • Making payments to third parties and ensuring accuracy in all transactions

  • Handling both Office and Client accounts, ensuring compliance and accuracy

  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with general office administration

  • Following best practice in cyber security and compliance (training provided)

What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in a finance/accounts role ideally within a legal environment, bookkeeping, or credit control

  • Confident in making payments and understanding Office vs Client account processes

  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail

  • Solid, stable career background with a track record of reliability

  • Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently

  • Awareness of cyber security practices (training will be provided)

The package:
  • Salary up to £28,000 pro rata

  • Excellent holiday entitlement - 25 days + statutory holidays

  • Flexible hours 9.00 - 5.00 or 9.30 - 4.30, 3 days per week
