Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with a highly regarded contractor to appoint a Site Manager to oversee the Finishing/Internals on a multi-room accommodation scheme in Nottingham.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience on PBSA/BTR/Hotels and be able to commit until the end of August as a minimum.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the internals package
• Ensure the Finishing is to a high quality
• Prepare units/areas for client handover
• Report to the Project Manager with progress updates
• Manage trades & sub-contractors
• Oversight of snagging processes
• Ensuring snags are rectified
• H&S

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, along with the above relevant experience.
